Special FeaturesSetting up the fax address bookYou can set up speed number with the fax numbers you use frequently viaEmbedded Web Service and then easily and quickly enter fax numbers byentering the location numbers assigned to them in address book.3Registering a speed dial number1 Select (fax) > (Address Book) > New & Edit > Speed Dial onthe control panel.2 Enter a speed dial number and press OK.If an entry is already stored in the number you choose, the display shows themessage to allow you to change it. To start over with another speed dialnumber, press (Back).3 Enter the name you want and press OK.4 Enter the fax number you want and press OK.5 Press the (Stop/Clear) button to return to ready mode.4Using speed dial numbersWhen you are prompted to enter a destination number while sending a fax,enter the speed dial number at which you stored the number you want.• For a one-digit (0-9) speed dial number, press and hold thecorresponding digit button on the number keypad for more than 2seconds.• For a two- or three-digit speed dial number, press the first digit button(s)and then hold down the last digit button for more than 2 seconds.• You can print the address book list by selecting (fax) >(Address Book) > Print.5Editing speed dial numbers1 Select (fax) > (Address Book) > New & Edit > Speed Dial onthe control panel.2 Enter the speed dial number you want to edit and press OK.3 Change the name and press OK.4 Change the fax number and press OK.
