If either the system board or the heat sink isreplaced, use the thermal pad provided in the kit to ensure thatthermal conductivity is achieved.1 Clean the thermal grease from the bottom of the processor heat-sink andreapply it.2 Align the screw holes on the processor heat-sink with the screw holes on thesystem board.3 In sequential order (indicated on the heat sink), tighten the captive screws thatsecure the processor heat-sink to the system board.Postrequisites1 Follow the instructions from step 4 to step 7 in "Replacing the System Board" onpage 79.2 Replace the fan.
