51Solving ProblemsNetwork ProblemsWireless ConnectionsIf the wireless network connection is lost —The wireless router is offline or wireless hasbeen disabled on the computer.• Check your wireless router to ensure it ispowered on and connected to your datasource (cable modem or network hub).• Check if wireless is enabled on thecomputer (see “Enable or Disable Wireless(Optional)” on page 12).• Re-establish your connection to thewireless router (see “Setting Up a WirelessConnection” on page 14).• Interference may be blocking orinterrupting your wireless connection.Try moving the computer closer to yourwireless router.Wired ConnectionsIf the wired network connection is lost —The network cable is loose or damaged.Check the network cable to ensure it isplugged in and not damaged.Power ProblemsIf the power light is off — The computer iseither turned off, in hibernate mode, or is notreceiving power.• Press the power button. The computerresumes normal operation if it is off or inhibernate mode.• Reseat the AC adapter cable into thepower connector on the computer, intothe AC adapter, and to the electrical outlet.
