Selectingthe 15M - 16M option in the Reserved Memory categoryspecifies that only part of the base memory comes fromthe dual in-line memory modules (DIMMs) on thesystem board, whereas the base memory from 15 to16 MB comes from the memory expansion card. The Reserved Memory category has the followingoptions:• None (the default)• 15M - 16MCPU SpeedCPU Speed indicates the processor speed at which yoursystem boots.Press the left- or right-arrow key to toggle the CPUSpeed category between the resident microprocessor’srated speed (the default) and a lower compatibility speed, which lets you accommodate speed-sensitive applicationprograms. In these situations, selecting Do NotReport suppresses all error messages relating to thekeyboard or to the keyboard controller during POST.This option does not affect the operation of thekeyboard itself, if a keyboard is attached to thecomputer.System PasswordSystem Password displays the current status of yoursystem’s password security feature and allows you toassign and verify a new password.
