Quick Reference Guide 435 After all tests have completed, close the test window to return to the DellDiagnostics Main Menu.6 Close the Main Menu window to exit the Dell Diagnostics and restart thecomputer.Starting the Dell Diagnostics From the Drivers and Utilities Disc1 Turn on your computer.2 Press the eject button on the front of the optical drive to open the drivetray.3 Place the Drivers and Utilities disc in the center of the drive tray, thenpress the eject button or gently push on the tray to close it.4 Restart the computer.5 When the DELL logo appears, press immediately.NOTE: Keyboard failure may result when a key on the keyboard is held downfor extended periods of time.
