64Solving ProblemsTouch Screen ProblemsSome or all multi-touch features are notworking —• Certain touch and multi‑touch featuresmay be disabled. To enable them, double‑click the Flicks icon in the notificationarea of your desktop. In the Pen andTouch window, select the Touch tab andensure that Use your finger as an inputdevice and Enable multi-touch gesturesand inking options are selected.• The multi‑touch feature may not besupported by the application.• The touch screen is calibrated at thefactory, and does not require re‑calibration. If you choose to calibrate thetouch screen, click Start → Controlpanel→ Hardware and Sound→ Tablet PCSettings→ Calibrate...NOTE: Improper calibration may lead toinaccurate touch sensitivity.If the touch screen starts losing itssensitivity — The touch screen may haveforeign particles (such as sticky notes) that areblocking the touch sensors. To remove theseparticles:1. Turn off the computer.2. Disconnect the AC adapter from the walloutlet.CAUTION: Do not use water or acleaning liquid to wipe the touch screen.3.
