Preparations1 Press .The power indicator lights red and the power is set to thestandby mode.2 Press or [ON/SOURCE].The power indicator flashes green and the power turns on.b Also press SOURCE SELECT when in standby mode, the powerturns on. In this case the input source is selected by remotecontrol unit.b Also press [QUICK SELECT] when in standby mode, the powerturns on. In this case Quick Select is selected.Turning the Power Offq Press or [OFF].The power is set to the standby mode.w Press .The power indicator turns off, and so does the power.NOTE• Power continues to be supplied to some of the circuitry even whenthe power is in the standby mode. When leaving home for longperiods of time or when traveling, either press to turn offthe power, or unplug the power cord from the power outlet.• When the multi-zone power is switched on, and you want to switchoff the main zone power, press [OFF].Turning the Power OnSelecting the Input SourceIf “Rec Select” is selected for the input source, press before turning .Either turn or press [MASTERVOLUME].[Variable range] – – – –80.0dB ~ +18.0dBOperations During PlaybackAdjusting the Master VolumePress [MUTING].To cancel, press [MUTING] again.
