(v p. 28, 35)Speaker installationDetermine the speaker system depending on the number of speakers youare using and install each speaker and subwoofer in the room.Speaker installation is explained using this example of a typicalinstallation. .CFL FRSBL SBRSBSW1SW2FWL FWRSL SRFL/FR (Frontspeaker left/right):Place the FRONT left and right speakers an equaldistance from the main listening position. The distancebetween each speaker and your TV should also be thesame.C (Centerspeaker):Place the CENTER speaker in between the frontspeakers and above or below your TV.SL/SR (Surroundspeaker left/right):Place the SURROUND left and right speakers anequal distance to the left and right sides of the mainlistening position. If you don’t have surround backspeakers, move the surround speakers slightly behindyour listening position.SBL/SBR(Surround backspeaker left/right):Place the SURROUND BACK left and right speakersan equal distance from the main listening position anddirectly behind the main listening position. When usinga single surround back speaker (SB), place it directlybehind the listening position.FWL/FWR(Front wide speakers left/right):Place the FRONT WIDE left and right speakersoutside of the front left and right speakers so that thereis an equal distance between all front speakers.SW 1/2 (Subwoofer) :Place the SUBWOOFER at a convenient location nearthe front speakers.
