The most common colour system, used primarily in theU.K. and other EU countries, is PAL. This unit uses the PAL system.However, it is also possible to play back BD and DVD using othercolour systems, such as NTSC.This unit has been designed to play back BD withregion B and DVD-Video with region 2. You cannotplay back BD or DVD-Video that are labelled for otherregions. Look for the symbols on the right on your BDor DVD-Video. If these region symbols do not appearon your BD or DVD-Video, you cannot play back thedisc in this unit. The letter or number inside theglobe refers to region of the world. A BD orDVD-Video labelled for a specific region can onlyplay back on the unit with the same region code.The contents of disc are generally divided into titles.
