Thisproblem could be caused byone or both of the following:A) Low gas pressureB) Dirty or partially cloggedODS/pilot6. Thermocouple connectionloose at control valve7. Thermocouple damaged8. Control valve damaged1. Inlet gas pressure is toolow2. Burner orifice(s) clogged3. Mislocated crossover tube4. Remote selector in the OFFposition5. Wire disconnected from gascontrol1. Manifold pressure is toolow2. Burner orifice(s) clogged3. Mislocated crossover tube1. Burner orifice is clogged ordamaged2. Damaged burner3. Gas regulator defective1. Not enough air2. Gas regulator defectiveREMEDY1. Press in control knob fully2. After ODS/pilot lights, keepcontrol knob pressed in 30seconds3. Wait one minute for safetyinterlock system to reset.Repeat ignition operation4. Fully open equipment shut-off valve5. A) Contact local natural orpropane/LP gas companyB) Clean ODS/pilot (seeCleaning and Maintenance,page 22) or replace ODS/pilot assembly6. Hand tighten until snug,then tighten 1/4 turn more7.
