These warranties are extended only tothe original retail purchaser, when proof of purchase is provided.Factory Reconditioned Heaters: DESA Heating Products warrants this factory reconditioned heater andany parts thereof, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date offirst purchase, when operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Thesewarranties are extended only to the original retail purchaser, when proof of purchase is provided.This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers the cost of part(s)required to restore this heater to proper operating condition and an allowance for labor when provided by aDESA Heating Products Authorized Service Center. Warranty part(s) MUST be obtained through authorizeddealers of this product and/or DESA Heating Products who will provide original factory replacement parts.Failure to use original factory replacement parts voids this warranty. The heater MUST be installed by aqualified installer in accordance with all local codes and instructions furnished with the unit.This warranty does not apply to parts that are not in original condition because of normal wear and tearor parts that fail or become damaged as a result of misuse, accidents, lack of proper maintenance ordefects caused by improper installation.
