These warranties are extended only to the original retail purchaser, whenproof of purchase is provided.Factory Reconditioned Heaters: DESA Heating Products warrants this factory reconditioned heater and any partsthereof, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of first purchase,when operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. These warranties are extendedonly to the original retail purchaser, when proof of purchase is provided.This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers the cost of part(s) requiredto restore this heater to proper operating condition and an allowance for labor when provided by a DESA Heat-ing Products Authorized Service Center. Warranty part(s) MUST be obtained through authorized dealers of thisproduct and/or DESA Heating Products who will provide original factory replacement parts. Failure to use originalfactory replacement parts voids this warranty. The heater MUST be installed by a qualified installer in accordancewith all local codes and instructions furnished with the unit.This warranty does not apply to parts that are not in original condition because of normal wear and tear, or partsthat fail or become damaged as a result of misuse, accidents, lack of proper maintenance or defects caused byimproper installation.
