These cur-rents move heat to wall surfacesnext to fireplace. Installing fire-place next to vinyl or cloth wallcoverings or operating fireplacewhere impurities (such as to-bacco smoke, aromatic candles,cleaning fluids, oil or kerosenelamps, etc.) in the air exist, maydiscolor walls.IMPORTANT: Vent-free fireplaces add mois-ture to the air. Although this is beneficial,installing fireplace in rooms without enoughventilation air may cause mildew to form fromtoo much moisture.
