If you cannot solvethe problem with the Duracell ® Powerpack Pro, contact your dealeror Duracell Customer Service at (800) 842-2127.► Troubleshooting referenceWARNING: Electric shock hazardDo not remove the cover of the Duracell ® Powerpack Proor disassemble the Duracell ® Powerpack Pro except toreplace the internal battery. The Duracell ® PowerpackPro does not contain any internal user-serviceable partsand attempting to service the unit yourself could result inelectrical shock or burn.Table 5-1 Troubleshooting referenceProblem Possible Cause SolutionAC appliance will notoperateAC appliance rated more than 300W (Powerpack Pro 300) or 600 W(Powerpack Pro 600): the safety overloadhas tripped.Use an AC appliance with a powerrating less than 300 W.AC appliance is rated less than 300W (Powerpack Pro 300) or 600 W(Powerpack Pro 600): high starting surgehas tripped the safety overload.AC appliance may exceed theDuracell ® Powerpack Pro’s surgecapability. Use an AC appliance witha starting surge within the Duracell ®Powerpack surge rating.Battery has discharged to 10.5 V. Turn OFF the AC Power ON/OFFswitch and recharge the Duracell ®Powerpack.Duracell ® Powerpack Pro has overheateddue to poor ventilation or excessivelywarm environmental conditions.Turn the AC Power ON/OFF switchOFF and allow the Duracell ®Powerpack Pro to cool for 15minutes or more. Clear blockedopenings or remove objects coveringthe unit, then restart the Duracell ®Powerpack and move it to a coolerenvironment.
