Verify the UPS is turned off and all power sources are removed. Refer to theoperation chapter of the BladeUPS user's guide for shutdown instructions.2. Verify that the MBM is properly installed and secured.3. Remove the screws securing the MBM rear panel (see Figure 10) and removethe panel to gain access to the terminals. Retain the hardware for later use.4. If necessary, remove the MBM top rear panel (see Figure 11). Slide the panelback to remove.The rear panel must be removed first.5. Route the input and output cables through either the top or bottom of the cabinetto the MBM terminals. See Figure 11 or Figure 12 for wiring access information.NOTE Each conduit landing plate can accept up to two 3” conduit fittings.Top Access Wiring. Remove the top right and left conduit landing plates(see Figure 11) from the MBM top rear panel. Identify all conduit requirementsand mark their location. Drill or punch all conduit holes in the top right and leftconduit landing plates. Reinstall the conduit landing plates and install all conduitfittings into the plates. Pull the wiring through the conduit fittings into the wiringarea.Bottom Access Wiring. Remove the bottom right and left conduit landing plates(see Figure 12) from the MBM bottom rear panel. Identify all conduitrequirements and mark their location. Drill or punch all conduit holes in thebottom right and left conduit landing plates.
