The terminal block is permanentlywired to the circuit-fused disconnect and the heater controlpanel. Two 2 A fuses are included on the heater controlpanel.A schematic diagram of the recloser circuit and thephysical arrangement of the operator mechanism, withparts identified, is shown in Figure 4. Figure 5 is aninterconnection diagram.Remove recloser from service1. Block ground tripping via the control panel.2. Close all three bypass switches.3. With a hotstick, pull down the yellow MANUAL TRIPPULLRING under the cabinet.4. The control will sense that the recloser is open.5. Open the source and load disconnect switches.6. Follow standard utility procedures regarding removal ofrecloser from service.AS Auxiliary Switch 152 Spring Position Switch (24 Vdc) SP1 152CC Close Coil (Solenoid)D Diodes 1N3209 152SP2Spring Position Switch(240 Vac) Close Motor Circuit152MCS Manual Close SwitchC Surge Capacitor M Motor 152LSContact for Manual LimitSwitch - Trip and ResetFU20 Fuse Box 1R Socket 152aa1Cam-Operated SwitchOpen Motor Circuit V Varistor2R Recloser Receptacle 152bb1b Contact to Close ClosingCircuit CH Mechanism Cabinet Heater152a1 a Contact to Open Trip Coil 152TC Trip Coil (Solenoid) IEH Interrupter Enclosure Heater152SP1152bb1152LS152CCFEDCBA152a2152a1875612 43N152TCTrip Circuit Closing Circuit24 VdcELECTRONIC CONTROL"M"1316NO152aa115NC14152MCS152SP2CCVV23131FU2AMPTYPE FRN-R2H12TBGND2TBH2FU2 AMPTYPEAGC-1FU2 AMPTYPEAGC-1Cabinet Heaters1K1KEnclosure HeatersFU2 AMPTYPE FRN-R22 4NOMotor Closing Circuit240 Vac.5K.5K IEHIEHCHCH152TC1TB152bb1152aa1152CC2TBM2R4TB(24 V)(230 V)CH152LS3TBA S152a2152a1DV152MCSFU2.0 152SP1152SP2C1Rfigure 4.
