Payparticular attention to the derating factors.2 Tighten the lower terminal bolts to 18.7 - 21.9Nm (166 - 194 inch-pounds).3 Tighten the saddle-clip screws to 2.3 - 2.7Nm (20.5 - 23.9 inch-pounds).4 Fit a live cable connection plate to the top terminal of each circuitbreaker. Use a 1-pole, 2-pole or 3-pole plate to suit the circuit breaker.See Spare Parts on page 68.5 Connect the fuse fail sense wire:• For load circuit breakers without auxiliary contacts connect, thesense wire as shown in the diagram.• For battery circuit breakers (and load circuit breakers with auxiliarycontacts) connect the wires to the auxiliary contacts that will beclosed when the circuit breaker is ON).6 Tighten the top terminal bolts to 18.7 - 21.9Nm (166 - 194 inch-pounds).Step 3 - Install and terminate cables1 Select cable sizes to suit the circuit breaker ratings (refer to followingtable).2 Route the cables to the CPS.3 Terminate the cables to the circuit breakers with the required crimplugs (refer to the following table).
