After completing the installation and testing of this product it is essential that this leaflet is drawn to the attention ofthe person responsible for its future operation and maintenance, and is at all times available for ready reference.3. These notes assume throughout that the product is disconnected from the supply.It is essential that this is done before any work is carried out.1. This Consumer Unit must be installed by a competent person in accordance with BS7671 IEE Regulations forelectrical Installations with the requirements of all relevant legislation, and Accepted practices in the industry.2. The total current supplied by the Consumer Unit must not exceed the rating of the incomingmain switch, RCD or any additional limitations (as shown on the Way Labels).3. This board is suitable for indoor use only and is rated at IP40.4. Ambient Temperature Conditions:The MCB’s are calibrated to meet 35°C according to requirements laid down in IEC/EN60898. For othertemperatures the following rating factor should be used: 60°C - 0.85, 20°C - 1.0, 0°C - 1.15. All components used in the EATON MEMERA CONSUMER UNIT must be supplied by or approved by EATON. The use of anyother components within the EATON MEMERA CONSUMER UNIT will negate any warranty issued by EATON ELECTRIC LTD.6.
