Open the UPS input and bypass feeder circuit breakers.7.4.17 Charger controlTo turn the battery charger on or off, perform the following procedure:1 Press the LOCK icon on the main screen. The Sign In screen is displayed. Use operator passwordto log in (factory default password is 0101)2. Select CONTROLS on the main screen. SYSTEM CONTROLS screen opens up.3. Select EAA CONTROLS.4. The UPS Charger can be stopped or started by selecting START CHARGER / STOP CHARGER. (Tocontrol the charger of a single UPM, instead of EAA CONTROLS, select MODULE CONTROLS andthen the choose the desired UPM.)7.4.18 Using the UPS LOAD OFFA UPS Load Off is initiated by the selecting LOAD OFF from the SYSTEM CONTROLS screen. This de-energizes the critical load and powers down the UPS. The UPS (including Bypass) remains off untilrestarted.To use LOAD OFF:1 Press the LOCK icon on the main screen. The Sign In screen is displayed. Use operator passwordto log in (factory default password is 0101).2. Select CONTROLS on the main screen. SYSTEM CONTROLS screen opens up.CAUTIONAll power to the critical load is lost when the LOAD OFF is selected in the following step. Youshould use this feature only when you want to de-energize the critical load.3. Select LOAD OFF. Command confirmation pop-up screen will show up asking confirmation for theaction. Select YES. The input, output, and bypass backfeed contactors open, the battery breaker ordisconnect is tripped, and all the UPMs are turned off.
