18STOPPING ENGINE1. RELEASE THROTTLE. Allow engine to idle for a minute.2. STOP SWITCH - STOP. Move stop switch (A) to STOP position.WARNING DANGERIf engine does not stop when stop switch is moved to STOPposition, close choke - COLD START position - to stall engine.Have your ECHO dealer repair stop switch before using hedgeclipper again.MAINTENANCEYour ECHO Hedge Clipper is designed to provide many hours of trouble free service. Regular scheduled maintenance willhelp your Hedge Clipper achieve that goal. If you are unsure or are not equipped with the necessary tools, you may wantto take your unit to an ECHO Service Dealer for maintenance. To help you decide whether you want to DO-IT-YOUR-SELF or have the ECHO Dealer do it, each maintenance task has been graded.
