12To remove a shelf firstmake sure it is pushedfully back, so that the shelfstop is in line with the kinkin the side of the shelf.Lift up the front of theshelf so the shelf will passover the shelf stop.Pull the shelf forward.To refit the shelf, hold it so it is slightly up at thefront and rest the back of the shelf on the sidewires. Push the shelf to the back of the oven andthen lower the front so that it is resting on the sidewires.SteamWhen cooking foods with high water content (e.g.oven chips) there may be some steam visible at thegrille at the rear of the hotplate.
