Automatic shut-off after 12 hours of bakingThe control has been programmed to continue to bake(without automatic shut-off), once the baking operationhas started. It can be programmed to bake for amaximum of 12 hours and then automatically shut-off.1. Press the BROIL button.2. Press the DOWN ARROW button.3. Before the ‘BROIL INDICATOR’ stops flashing, pressand hold the BROIL button for seven seconds. (Either“ON” or “OFF” will be displayed.)4. Press the UP ARROW button to display “ON” forautomatic shut-off of the oven after 12 hours ofbaking.5. Press the DOWN ARROW button to display “OFF” forno automatic shut-off after 12 hours of baking. (Broilwill still shut-off automatically after 12 hours.)6. Five seconds after the UP/DOWN ARROW button hasbeen pressed for the last time, the desired selectionwill be saved and the display will revert back to thetime of day.Oven temperature too hot or too coldYou may find that your new oven cooks differently thanthe one it replaced. We recommend that you use you newoven for a few weeks to become familiar with it beforemaking any changes.However, if you think that the oven temperature of yournew oven is too hot or too cool, you can increase ordecrease the oven baking temperature by 35˚F (20˚C).1. Press the BAKE button.2. Press the UP ARROW button until the display showsthe maximum temperature 550˚F (290˚C).3. While the ‘BAKE INDICATOR’ is still flashing, pressand hold the BAKE button for seven seconds until “00”is displayed (indicating no temperature offset).4. Press the UP ARROW button to increase the oventemperature by up to 35˚F (20˚C).5. Press the DOWN ARROW button to decrease the oventemperature by up to -35˚F (-20˚C).6. Five seconds after the UP/DOWN ARROW button hasbeen pressed for the last time, the desired selectionwill be saved and the display will revert back to thetime of day.17
