Press the Left/Flash to cyclethrough the following flash modes.• Auto flashCamera flash fires automatically based onexisting light conditions.• Red-eye reduction flashThe camera fires a brief flash before the pictureis taken to reduce red-eye effects.• Forced flashFlash always fires.• Flash offFlash is turned off.• Slow SynchroThis allows you to take pictures of people atnight that clearly show both your subjects andthe night time backdrop.• Red-Eye Reduction+Slow SynchroUse this mode for slow synchro shots with red-eye reduction.Using the self-timer/Multiple shotsTo enable the self-timer function, press the Down/Self-timer to select 2-second timer delay, 10-second timerdelay, or a continuous shot.• 2-second timer delayA single picture is shot 2 seconds after theshutter button is pressed.• 10-second timer delayA single picture is shot 10 seconds after theshutter button is pressed.• Continuous shotPictures are shot continuously when the shut-ter button is pressed based on the ContinuousShot settings in the menu.
