Insert the drain hose into thehole previously drilled in the cabinet wall. If apower cord is used, guide the end through aseparate hole cut for the electrical cord.Figure LStep 7. Slide dishwasher into cabinetSlide the dishwasher into the opening a fewinches at a time.As you proceed, pull the drain hose through theopening and under the sink. Make sure drainhose is not kinked under dishwasher. Check tobe sure there is no interference with water lineand wiring.Figure MDO NOT PUSHAGAINST FRONTDOOR PANEL WITHYOUR KNEE. Damageto the door panel willoccur.Step 8. Align water and electrical linesRoute the water line and electrical supply to theirconnection locations under the dishwasher. Do notconnect water and electrical in this step.Step 9. Level dishwasherLevel the dishwasher by adjusting thefour leveling legs individually forcorrect alignment. See Figure N.Dishwasher should be level left toright and front to back for properdish rack operation and dishwasherperformance. Dishwasher door shouldbe in alignment with adjacent cabinets.See Figure O. Figure NStep 10. Position dishwasher and fastento cabinetOpen the door and position the dishwasher tub flange3/4” from the cabinet opening. Fasten the dishwasherto the underside of the countertop, using the 2Phillips screws provided in Step 1. Be sure screwsare driven straight and flush to avoid interferencewith door operation.
