Freezer Model:FHV5SGWW/FHV7SGWW１７MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND TROUBLE SHOOTINGMaintenance Service and Trouble Shooting12.1.2 Reasons of electricity leakage of freezer(1) Leakage of compressor: mainly because of serious vibration,the motor coil of compressor contacts with the shell, the coat ofenameled wire will come off some where and connect with shell.Other reasons may be over voltage, insufficient of voltage,adverse circumstances (temperature too high, ventilation andheat radiation to bad) for freezer, thermal protection unit out oforder, etc. They will make the motor coil over temperature,insulation material loose, insulation is damaged then electricitywill occur.(2) Leakage of motor connection terminals: the connectionterminals of fully enclosed compressor are made from hightemperature soda glass sintered ceramics, around the terminalsare filled with a high polymer. The terminals and insulationmaterial must have the same linear expansion coefficient, the forrequirement between terminals and the shell is more than 0.5million ohm.
