(on some models)You will hear a fan while cooking with these features. The fan will stop when the door is opened, but the heatwill not turn off.NOTE: Foods that spoil easily—such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultry and pork—should not be allowed to sitfor more than 1 hour before or after cooking. Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria. Be surethat the oven light is off because heat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteria growth.How to Set an Immediate Start and Automatic StopThe oven will turn on immediately and cook for aselected length of time. At the end of the cookingtime, the oven will turn off automatically.Make sure the clock shows the correcttime of day.Touch the CONVECTION BAKEMULTI/1 RACK pad once for multi-rack convection baking. This modeis used for cooking food items onmore than one rack (i.e., 2, 3 ormore racks) at the same time inconvection bake. See Multi-RackBaking section for more information.Touch the CONVECTION BAKEMULTI/1 RACK pad twice for one rackconvection baking. This mode isused for cooking food items on onlyone rack in convection bake.Touch the CONVECTION ROAST padfor convection roasting.Touch the number pads to set theoven temperature.Touch the COOKING TIME pad.NOTE: If your recipe requires preheating, you mayneed to add additional time to the length of thecooking time.Touch the number pads to set thedesired length of cooking time. Theminimum cooking time you can setis 1 minute. The oven temperaturethat you set and the cooking timethat you entered will be in thedisplay.Touch the START pad.The oven will turn ON, and the displaywill show the cooking time countdownand the changing temperature starting at100°F. (The temperature display will startto change once the oven tempraturereaches 100°F.) When the oven reachesthe temperature you set, 3 beeps willsound.NOTE: If the Auto Recipe™ Conversion Featureis on, it will automatically reduce the set regularbaking temperature by 25°F to the appropriateconvection temperature. See Auto Recipe™Conversion in the Special Features section.The oven will continue to cook for theset amount of time, then turn offautomatically, unless the WARM featurewas set. See the How to Set the Oven forWarming section.After the oven turns off, the end-of-cycletone will sound.Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad to clearthe display if necessary. Removethe food from the oven. Remember,even though the oven turns offautomatically, food left in the ovenwill continue cooking after the oventurns off.
