Removehot pans.Wearing an oven mitt:a. Use a single-edge razor bladescraper to move the spill to a coolarea on the cooktop.b. Remove the spill withpaper towels.Any remaining spillover should beleft until the surface of the cooktophas cooled.Don’t use the surface units againuntil all of the residue has beencompletely removed.NOTE: If pitting or indentation in the glasssurface has already occurred, the cooktop glasswill have to be replaced.
