Werecommend that you pull the rack out severalinches and then, using two pot holders, pull therack out by holding the sides of it. The rack is lowand you could be burned if you place your hand inthe middle of the rack and pull all the way out. Bevery careful not to burn your hand on the doorwhen using the rack in the lowest position (A).The oven has 7 rack positions.How to Set the Oven for Baking or RoastingPress the BAKE pad.Press the number pads to set thedesired temperature.Press the START pad.Check food for doneness atminimum time on recipe. Cooklonger if necessary.Press the RESET/OFF pad whencooking is complete.NOTE: A cooling fan may automatically turn onand off to cool internal parts. This is normal, andthe fan may continue to run even after the ovenin turned off.If baking four cake layers at the same time,place two layers on rack B and two layerson rack D.
