On models with a light switch on the control panel, the oven light may be turned on and left on.How to Set for Regular Baking/RoastingMake sure the clock shows the correct time of day.Press and holdboth theBAKE andBROILHI/LO pads,at the same time, until thedisplay showsSF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears in thedisplay, theBAKE andBROIL HI/LO padswere not touched at the same time.Touch theCLEAR/OFF pad and beginagain.Tap theDELAY START pad untilSAb bAtHappears in the display.Touch theSTART pad and ⊃ will appearin the display.Touch theBAKE pad. No signal willbe given.Using the number pads, enter the desiredtemperature between 170° and 550°.No signal or temperature will be given.Touch theSTART pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,⊃ will appear in the display indicatingthat the oven is baking/roasting. If ⊃doesn’t appear in the display, start againat Step 4.To adjust the oven temperature, touch theBAKE pad, enter the new temperature usingthe number pads, and touch theSTART pad.NOTE: TheCLEAR/OFF andCOOKING TIME padsare active during the Sabbath feature.⊃⊃+How to Set for Timed Baking/Roasting–Immediate Start and Automatic StopMake sure the clock shows the correct time of day.Press and holdboth theBAKE andBROILHI/LO pads,at the same time, until thedisplay showsSF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears in thedisplay, theBAKE andBROIL HI/LO padswere not touched at the same time.Touch theCLEAR/OFF pad and beginagain.Tap theDELAY START pad untilSAb bAtHappears in the display.Touch theSTART pad and ⊃ will appearin the display.Touch theCOOKING TIME pad.Touch the number pads to set thedesired length of cooking time between1 minute and 9 hours and 99 minutes.The cooking time that you entered willbe displayed.Touch theSTART pad.Touch theBAKE pad. No signal will begiven.Using the number pads, enter the desiredtemperature. No signal or temperaturewill be given.Touch theSTART pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,⊃ will appear in the display indicatingthat the oven is baking/roasting. If ⊃doesn’t appear in the display, startagain at Step 7.To adjust the oven temperature, touch theBAKE pad, enter the new temperature usingthe number pads, and touch theSTART pad.When cooking is finished, the display willchange from ⊃ to ⊃ and0:00 will appear,indicating that the oven has turnedOFF but is still set in Sabbath. Removethe cooked food.⊃⊃⊃+How to Exit the Sabbath FeatureTouch theCLEAR/OFF pad.If the oven is cooking, wait for a randomdelay period of approximately 30seconds to 1 minute, until only ⊃is in the display.Press and holdboth theBAKE andBROILHI/LO pads,at the same time, until thedisplay showsSF.Tap theDELAY START pad until12 shdn orno shdn appears in the display.12 shdnindicates that the oven will automaticallyturn off after 12 hours.no shdn indicatesthat the oven will not automaticallyturn off.Touch theSTART pad.NOTE: If a power outage occurred whilethe oven was in Sabbath, the oven willautomatically turn off and stay off evenwhen the power returns.
