A holding or standingtime may be found in some of yourown recipes or in a cookbook.Programming DelayedCookingTo delay cooking up to 99 minutesand 99 seconds, touch either TIMECOOK I & II, TEMP COOK &HOLD or AUTO ROAST andenter cook time, temperature orcode.
