For properoperation, the maximum inlet pressure to theregulator must be no more than 14 in. watercolumn pressure for LP gas. When checking the regulator, the inlet pressuremust be at least 1 in. greater than the regulatoroutput setting. If the regulator is set for 10 in. ofwater column pressure, the inlet pressure must beat least 11 in.Note: Disconnect the cooktop and the individualshutoff valve from the gas supply piping systemduring any pressure testing of that system at testpressures greater than 1/2 psig. Isolate thecooktop from the gas supply piping system byclosing the individual manual shutoff valve to thecooktop during any pressure testing of the gassupply piping system at test pressures equal to orgreater than 1/2 psig.Conversion to LP (Propane) GasNote: Before you begin, read theseinstructions completely and carefully. The cooktop is factory set for natural gasoperation. To use LP (propane) gas, the regulatorand burner orifices must be converted.
