USING YOUR OVEN(continued)Offset ShelfThe offset shelf providesmore cooking spacebetween itself and theshelf above it. Thisallows more flexibilitywhen placing foods inthe oven. See the Multi-Shelf Baking section.The offset shelf can be placed at any shelf position.CAUTION: When you are using the offset shelfin the lowest position (A), you will need to usecaution when pulling the shelf out. We recommendthat you pull the shelf out several inches and then,using two pot holders, pull the shelf out by holdingthe sides of it. The offset shelf is low and you couldbe burned if you place your hand in the middle of theshelf and pull all the way out.To remove the shelf,pull it forward to thestop-locks and lift thefront of the shelf.To replace the shelf,tilt the shelf up at thefront and slide the curvedextension of the shelfunder the stop-locks onthe shelf supports.
