Traditional Cooking Modes: Your ovenhas the following traditional cooking modes: Bake,Broil Hi/Lo and Warm (upper oven only). See theCooking Modes section for more information.4. Self Clean: See the Cleaning the Oven sectionfor important information about using this mode.5. Start: Must be pressed to start any cooking,cleaning, or timed function.6. Cancel/Off: Cancels ALL oven operations exceptthe clock and timer.7. Clock: Sets the oven clock time. Press the Set Clockpad. Use the number pads to program the clock. PressStart to save the time.8. Timer: Works as a countdown timer. Press theTimer On pad and the number pads to programthe time in hours and minutes. Press the Start pad.If the oven is on, it will not turn off when the timercountdown is complete. To turn the timer off pressthe Timer OFF pad.9. Delay Time: Delays when the oven will turnon. Use this to set a time when you want the ovento start. Press the Delay Time pad and use thenumber pads to program the time of day for theoven to turn on then press Start. Press the desiredcooking mode and temperature then press Start.A Cook Time may also be programmed if desired.10.ii.Follow the directions under Cook Time for settingthis feature. This can only be used with Bake,Convection Bake and Self-Clean.NOTE: When using the Delay Time feature, foodsthat spoil easily--such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings,poultry and pork--should not be allowed to sit formore than 1 hour before or after cooking. Roomtemperature promotes the growth of harmfulbacteria. Be sure that the oven light is off becauseheat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteriagrowth.Cook Time: Counts down cooking time and turnsoff the oven when the cooking time is complete.Press the Cook Time pad, use the number pads toprogram a cooking time in hours and minutes, thenpress Start. This can only be used with TraditionalBake or Convection Bake.Oven Lights: Turns the oven lights on or off inboth ovens. Note that lights in both ovens will notturn on if the door is opened while the other oven isin a clean mode.12. Lock Controls: Locks out the control so thatpressing the pads does not activate the controls.Press and hold the Lock Controls pad for threeseconds to lock or unlock the control. Cancel/Off isalways active, even when the control is locked.13. Probe: Monitors internal food temperatureand turns the oven off when the food reachesthe programmed temperature. Insert the probe,program the cooking mode, and program the probetemperature. See the Cooking Modes section formore information.
