Any oven temperature from250°F to 450°F may be set.A fan gently circulates heated air throughout theoven, over and around the food. Because theheated air is kept constantly moving, notpermitting a layer of cooler air to develop aroundthe food, some foods cook slightly faster than inregular oven cooking. Before you begin, make sure the turntable is inplace. Use the metal tray at all times when singleor two-level baking.CAUTION! When baking, remember that theoven, door and dishes will be very hot!The turntable must always bein place when using the oven. Put food or oven-safe cookwaredirectly on the metal tray.Put food directly on the metal tray or in theappropriate dish and place on wire oven rackwhen baking or warming on two levels.
