Remove the 1/4-in. hex-head screw that holdsthe vent tube to the rear of the range.8. Grasp the vent tube and its insulation and rotateit approximately 40 degrees counterclockwiseand lift it from the range.Caution:When installing the vent tube, make sure the1.inside of the vent tube is free of insulation.Upon reassembly, ensure displaced insulation2.around the oven vent tube is returned to itsoriginal position.Oven Light AssemblyThe oven is equipped with a halogen light assemblylocated on the ceiling of the oven. The oven doorswitch monitors the position of the oven door andprovides this information to the control board. Thecontrol board operates the light relay located on thecontrol board. The light comes on when the door isopened or when the oven is in a cooking cycle. Theoven light does not come on during self-cleaning orif the Sabbath feature is set.The light assembly consists of a removable lightcover, a light lens with halogen bulb and socket, andwire harness.Open the oven door and remove the two 1/4-in.hex-head screws that attach the light assembly tothe oven ceiling.The light assembly and wiring can then be pulleddown from the oven ceiling approximately 2 inches.Note: When replacing the light assembly, cut thewires and splice the new light assembly usingapproved heat resistant connectors.Note: Upon reassembly, ensure displaced insulationaround the wiring entry hole is returned to itsoriginal position.
