Place the mounting plate against the rearwall as described in Step 7, item 3.2. Using a pencil, put dots through slots Fand G, and through holes H and I. Removethe mounting plate and draw linesextending through the points. This willgive the location and size of the box cutoutfor the rear wall duct.• Attach the exhaust adapter to the rearmounting plate by sliding it into the guides atthe top center of the plate on the wall side.Push in securely until it is past the top lockingtabs and in the lower locking tabs. Take care toassure the damper hinge is installed so that it isat the top and that the damper swings freely.• Carefully guide the exhaust adaptor, nowattached to the mounting plate, into thehouse duct, before using the screws to attachthe plate to the wall. This will assure properalignment for installation.• Return to step 7, item 5 (page 9) to continue.After completing the installation of themounting plate, again check the reardamper for free movement to assure itwill operate properly.FIHGMOUNT THE OVENFOR EASIER INSTALLATION AND PERSONALSAFETY, WE RECOMMEND THAT TWOPEOPLE INSTALL THIS OVEN.IMPORTANT: Do not grip or use handle duringinstallation.1. Locate the grease filters packed separatelyand set aside. Thread the power cord throughthe hole in the bottom of the top cabinet. Keepthe cord tight throughout Step 2.2. Install the oven by hooking the slots at theback bottom edge onto the two lower tabs ofthe mounting plate. Rotate the front of theoven up against the cabinet bottom and usinga self-aligning screw (hardware item 3) insertit through the top center cabinet hole andtemporarily secure the oven by turning thescrew two full turns. (It will be completelytightened later.)
