– 4 –Mounting SpaceThis section describes the space you need to installyour oven.Your oven requires mounting space on a wallas shown.1. A minimum of 30″ between the cabinets isrequired for installation. If the space betweenthe cabinets is greater than 30″, a Filler PanelKit may be used to fill in the gap between theoven and the cabinets. Your Owner's Manualcontains the kit number for your model.2. Make sure the bottom edge of the cabinet thatwill be above the oven is at least 66″ from thefloor and 30″ from the cooking surface.3. For easier access to change the hood and rangelamps, the bottom of the oven should be at least2″ above the range backsplash.4. If you are going to vent your oven to the outside,see Section 5 for exhaust duct preparation.5. When installing the oven beneath smooth,flat cabinets, be careful to follow theinstructions on the top cabinet template forpower cord clearance.6. For best installation results, we recommend amaximum cabinet depth of 12″.Electrical RequirementsProduct rating is 240/208 volts AC, 60 Hertz,30 amps and 6.5 kilowatts. This product must beconnected to an individual properly groundedbranch circuit, protected by circuit breakers ortime delay fuses. Wire size must conform to therequirements of the National Electric Code or theprevailing local code for this kilowatt rating. Theoutlet box should be located in the cabinet abovethe oven. The supply circuit and outlet box shouldbe installed by a qualified electrician and conformto all prevailing electrical codes.
