We recommend that you use only aflat-bottomed wok. They are availableat your local retail store. The bottomof the wok should have the samediameter as the surface elementto ensure proper contact. Some special cooking proceduresrequire specific cookware such aspressure cookers, deep-fat fryers, etc.All cookware must have flat bottomsand be the correct size.
