43ENGLISH 43Adjusting the Latte Macchiato LengthEach time the “ ” button is pressed, the machine dispenses a pre-setquantity of Latte Macchiato into the cup.The machine allows you to adjust the amount of Latte Macchiato accord-ing to your taste and the size of your cups.1 Fill the milk carafe with milk and insert it into the machine.2 Place a cup under the dispensing spout and open the carafe dispens-ing spout by rotating it clockwise.LATTE MACCHIATOMEMOPLEASE WAIT …LATTE MACCHIATOMEMOSTOPLATTE MACCHIATOMEMOSTOP3 Press and hold the “ ” button until the “MEMO” icon is displayed, thenrelease the button. The machine is now in programming mode.4 The machine is warming up.5 When this screen is displayed, the machine starts dispensing milk frothinto the cup. Press the “ ” button as soon as the desired amount ofmilk is reached.6 Once the milk froth has been dispensed, the machine starts brewingcoffee. When the desired amount of coffee is reached, press the “ ”button.The “ ” button is now programmed. Each time it is pressed, the machinewill brew the same amount that was just programmed.Note:You can also adjust the beverage length through the BEVERAGE MENU (seethe “Beverage Programming” chapter).
