19EnglishMeaning of error codesError code Problem Cause Possible solution1 Coffee grinder blocked Coffee exit duct clogged Clean the coffee exitduct thoroughly withthe handle of themultifunctional tool or aspoon handle.3 - 4 The brew group cannotbe removed.The brew group is notpositioned correctly.Close the maintenancedoor. Switch themachine off and backon again. Wait for the‘machine ready’ iconon the display and thenremove the brew group.5 Water circuit problem There is air in the watercircuit.Remove and placeback the water tank acouple of times. Makesure you insert it intothe machine properly.Check if the water tankcompartment is clean.Other error codes Switch the machine offand switch it back onagain after 30 seconds.Try this 2 or 3 times.If the above solutions do not help to remove the error code iconfrom the display and bring the machine back to normal workingorder, contact the Gaggia hotline.
