Inthe GWX 68, the gain settings are set separately for the Map and WX modes. The gain is used to adjust the sensi-tivity of the radar receiver. It can be used in map mode to adjust the characteristics of the returns from the surface.While in the Ground mode, the gain is adjusted using the GAIN + and GAIN - keys.
