A fully charged DC 30operates for approximately 17 hours when using5-second interval reporting.Use line-of-sight radio communication. The Astro 220and DC 30 use radio signals to communicate. Objectsin the path of radio signals degrade the quality ofthe signals. Keeping an unobstructed line of sight••between you and your dog’s DC 30 produces the bestcommunication signal. Obstructed radio waves resultin a poor signal. To achieve the best line-of-sightconditions, move to the highest elevation point in yourarea (for example, on the top of a hill).BESTGOODPOORLine-of-Sight Radio Communication
