The process is simply touching the display to startMap Pan Mode, touching the Graphically Edit FPL key, dragging the desiredleg to a new waypoint or airway, and touching the Done key. At any point, astep may be removed by touching the Undo key or the whole process ended bytouching the Cancel key. The Undo key will remove up to nine steps.NOTE: It is not possible to graphically add an intermediate waypointbetween the current position and a direct-to waypoint unless that waypointis in the flight plan. Garmin recommends deleting any flight plan prior tographically editing a direct to waypoint.8.3.3.1 Adding a Waypoint to an Existing Flight Plan1. Touch the Map page display. The Map Mode selection keyswill appear.
