With Garmin Pilot, weather data can be overlaid on VFRSectionals, IFR low altitude en route charts, IFR high altitude en route charts, WAC,or a simple map showing major roads and borders to visualize the weather for yourroute. Add text-based weather widgets and use the exclusive NavTrack feature to viewweather information along the planned route.ACTIVE FLIGHT PLANThe Active Flight Plan page manages the current active flight plan. Flight plans canbe created, bookmarked (stored), and reversed from the Active Flight Plan page. Fromthe Active Flight Plan page, flight plans can be created by one of three means. First,touch within the route field and use the keyboard to add waypoint identifiers separatedby spaces. Second, touch the ' Add Waypoint' button in the flight plan list and usethe keyboard to enter the waypoint identifier. Or, use the map to graphically create aflight plan.The Active Flight Plan page allows for flight plans to be bookmarked or stored forlater use. Once Garmin Pilot and flyGarmin are linked, flight plans can be created inGarmin Pilot or at www.fly.Garmin.com.
