The bars in the upper-left corner indicatesatellite strength.How do I clear all myuser data?Hold your finger on the lower-right corner of the zūmo’s screenwhile turning on the zūmo. Keep your finger pressed until themessage appears. Touch Yes to clear all user data.The zūmo is lockedup/frozen. To reset your zūmo, press and hold and press .The suction cup will notstay on my windshield.Clean the suction cup and windshield. Dry with a clean, drycloth. Mount the suction cup as described on page 50.My battery gauge doesnot seem accurate.Allow the unit to fully discharge, and then fully charge it (withoutinterrupting the charge cycle).The touch screen is notresponding to my tapsproperly.Calibrate the touch screen.
