It is located on the left sideof the steering column.To shift into Forward gear gently pull the lever toward you andmove the lever upward.To shift into Neutral move the lever to the center position.To shift into Reverse gear gently pull the lever toward you andmove the lever downward.To shift into a lower speed rotate the lever clockwise.To shift into a higher speed rotate the lever counter-clockwise.When shifting the transmission from forward to reverse whilethe machine is in motion the transmission control (B) must bein 1st or 2nd gear only.Forward / 1st Low speed/High torqueForward / 2nd Medium speed/Medium torqueForward / 3rd High speed/Low torqueBefore changing steering selections, make sure all four wheelsare in line.
