Repair any machine damage or malfunctionbefore operating the machine. Unless otherwise specified, perform eachprocedure with the machine in the followingconfiguration:• Machine parked on a firm, level surface• Boom in the stowed position• Key switch in the off position with the keyremoved• Wheels chockedBefore Troubleshooting: Read, understand and obey the safety rulesand operating instructions in the appropriateoperator's manual on your machine. Be sure that all necessary tools and testequipment are available and ready for use. Read each appropriate fault code thoroughly.Attempting short cuts may produce hazardousconditions. Be aware of the following hazards and followgenerally accepted safe workshop practices.Electrocution/burn hazard.Contact with electrically chargedcircuits could result in death orserious injury. Remove all rings,watches and other jewelry.Note: Two persons will be required to safelyperform some troubleshooting procedures.
