The center locked position is for normalmachine operation.1 Locate the valve for the desired function. Pushthe thumbscrew and turn to release.2 Set the valve to perform the desired action.Make sure to turn the thumbscrew until it locksin place.Turntable rotateClockwise: Pull thethumbscrew all the wayout and turn.Counterclockwise: Pushthe thumbscrew all theway in and turn.Turntable rotate brakeNote: Rotation brake islocated under oppositeside cover.Disengage: Rotatecounterclockwise andpull out until the buttonpops into place.Engage: Push in androtate clockwise until thebutton pops into place.3 For ANSI and CSA models only -Operate the hand pump.For CE models only -Break the security tie and operate the handpump.Note: If the sercurity tie is broken or missingconsult the appropriate Genie Service Manual.4 Push in and rotate clockwise to engage therotate brake for normal machine operation.Note: The machine will not operate unless thevalves are properly reset.Primary boomRetract: Push thethumbscrew all the way inand turn.Extend: Pull thethumbscrew all the wayout and turn.Down: Push thethumbscrew all the way inand turn.Up: Pull the thumbscrewall the way out and turn.Secondary boomDown: Push thethumbscrew all the way inand turn.Up: Pull the thumbscrewall the way out and turn.5 For ANSI and CSA models only -Operate the hand pump.For CE models only -Break the security tie and operate the handpump.Note: If the sercurity tie is broken or missingconsult the appropriate Genie Service Manual.6 Turn the thumbscrew to release.7 Push the thumbscrew halfway in and turnclockwise to lock into position for normalmachine operation.Note: The machine will not operate unless thevalves are properly reset.Turntable rotateOperating InstructionsTurntable rotatebrake valveTurntable rotateSecondary boomup/downPrimary boomup/downPrimary boomextend/retractNormal operatingposition (halfway in)Thumbscrewall the way inThumbscrewall the way out
