As shown.Z45/25Z45/25J2-2Platform RotatorHow to Bleed the PlatformRotatorNote: This procedure will require two people. Donot start the engine. Use auxiliary power for thisprocedure.1 Move the function enable toggle switch toeither side and activate the platform rotatetoggle switch to the right then the left throughtwo platform rotation cycles, then hold theswitch to the right position until the platform isfully rotated to the right.2 Place a suitable container underneath theplatform rotator.3 Open the top bleed screw on the rotator, butdo not remove it.Bodily injury hazard. Sprayinghydraulic oil can penetrate andburn skin. Loosen hydraulicconnections very slowly to allowthe oil pressure to dissipategradually. Do not allow oil tosquirt or spray.4 Move the function enable toggle switch toeither side and hold the platform rotate toggleswitch to the left position until the platform isfully rotated to the left. Continue holding thetoggle switch until air stops coming out of thebleed screw. Close the bleed screw.Crushing hazard. Keep clear ofthe platform during rotation.
