Ahard disk drive is a storage device with non-removable, rotating,magnetic storage platters inside it. It is where your operating system andapplication software programs are stored.Your hard disk drive is a 2.5-inch SATA (serial ATA) hard disk drive.This type of drive embodies the latest in fast, reliable mass storage byintegrating all the control circuitry necessary for operation directly ontothe drive itself.CAUTION:z Make regular backups of your data files from your hard diskdrive to USB flash disks or other storage media.z Never try to remove or install the hard disk drive while thecomputer is powered on.
